Some mums-to-be may find that under-the-bump styles work best for the second trimester and then move on to over-the-bump options as they get bigger. You might also find that a belly band can help any under-the-bump pairs stay where they should if you are finding your crotch heading for your knees. The best way to see what works for you is to try on a range of styles and see how you get on.
The Queen Rose Pregnancy and Maternity Pillow can serve a mother well from the early months of the pregnancy through the entire infancy of their babies. It's flexible enough to loop around a mother's back while she sits up to nurse yet supportive enough to keep a belly propped up even in the ninth month of the pregnancy. It can be used on the couch, in bed, or anywhere else a woman needs some support.
Babymoov has created a great pillow for alleviating head and neck pain. This bow-shaped design also works very well placed between your knees while sleeping or under your ankles when putting your legs up. Filled with micro-beads, it has a firmer consistency than some of the other pillows tested, which we really liked, and moulds itself to fit your shape. Easy to transport, it makes a good travel pillow and a great partner to longer snake-like pillows when sleeping.

Believe it or not, there are many different types of pregnancy pillows. The most common will wrap around the entire body, but there a few others as well. Wedge pillows are another great option. These pillows are far more compact, so they will not consume so much room on your bed. Unfortunately, the triangular or round wedge pillow will not be able to support your entire body. Therefore, you’ll still need a pillow for your head. The steepness of the wedge pillow can differ from one manufacturer to the next. Therefore, these pillows are commonly hit or miss.
Being pregnant is difficult. That time in your life can be complicated even more by allergy problems. Nobody likes to wake up in the middle of the night scratching their eyes or blowing their nose. This is why it is a good idea to make sure you choose a pregnancy wedge pillow that is filled with hypoallergenic materials. A hypoallergenic pillow will provide you with additional comfort and more peace of mind. By sleeping with one of these pillows, you can rest assured knowing your child will be totally safe during and after the pregnancy.
Due to its ergonomic L-shaped design, the Z Gel is more supportive than your average pillow, but less constricting than a full-body option. The gel-dough memory foam helps to align your neck and spine while allowing for a cooler night's sleep, and the cover is made with superior moisture-management properties to wick away sweat. Basically, if you hate feeling hot and crowded at night, this is the option for you.
Just because you are a little on the shorter side doesn’t mean that you cannot have a comfortable night sleep while pregnant. While using a larger pregnancy pillow is not a problem, many petite women prefer a pillow that they will not swim in. Popular petite sized pregnancy pillows include the Leahco Snoogle Mini Compact and the Petite Total Body Pillow

Cake’s Cotton Candy Seamless Nursing Bra —a winner according to both Nguyen and new moms we polled when it comes to best nursing bras—has a high thread count for extreme softness and a scoop neckline, making it comfy for day and night. It’s available in four colors, and its XL size can accommodate up to a 42E. (Good news for those looking for plus size nursing bras!)
It is generally true that these specific types of cushion will be slightly more expensive than the alternatives. Nevertheless, pregnant mothers will come to realize that the investment is well worth it. This is the case, because these pillows provide a wealth of benefits that cannot be found anywhere else. Plus, they’re specifically designed to accurately address a pregnant female’s concerns. Below, you will learn a little more about the vast benefits of purchasing a maternity headrest.
So far it is 👍 i am 33 weeks pregnant and have been hunting for comfy pillow a long time as i am peaky sleeper. I got just the side and lower back pain memory foam pillow first but could not sleep with it. Then i decided to invest and try this out. Honestly i thought it would be in my way allover the bed but once you are "in" it feels great. Every night is better. Thank you

Although we found all the pillows helped us achieve a peaceful night’s sleep, the Summer Maternity pillow from JoJo Mama Bébé is our overall favourite for comfort, full-body support and adaptability. It’s a great size and shape for women of every height, and works well after the birth for breast feeding. We also really like the lighter back and bump support of the Dreamgeenii for the early stages of pregnancy.

I love my body pillow. Purchased because I had thoracic outlet syndrome likely due to sleeping on my stomach. This helps me sleep on my side more comfortably. I actually sleep with it upside down so I can use my own head pillow (the top of the U is not comfortable for putting my head on due to the seams). It gets a bit warm but it could be worse. Happy with my purchase.

Bemis wrote in 2011 that of the more than 6,000 military uniforms in their collection only three were maternity uniforms, an Air Force officer’s uniform and two Navy Petty Officer Second Class uniforms. The Air Force dress uniform features a blue smock top paired with a white blouse and blue skirt, and the Navy uniforms include a blue coat and slacks with a white blouse for dress and a working uniform with dungaree pants and a chambray shirt. All three uniforms are from the 1980s.[14]

We were impressed with London-based Seraphine’s comfy jeans. This slim-fit pair are a good compromise if you’re not a skinny jeans fan. We found that unlike many, these stayed up without unladylike tugging and have a button and fly beneath the concealed over-the-bump band, so if your top creeps up they look pleasingly like an ordinary pair of jeans. We just wished they came in more than one leg length.
The full-length pillow is generally a better option, but somewhat more expensive initially. This type of pillow can be straight or curved. Nevertheless, it will be designed to support the most important parts of your body, including your back, belly, and head. Choosing a full-body pillow is generally best, but you’ll first want to make sure you have enough room for it!

I wish I had had a pillow like this when I was pregnant but ordered it even though I'm not. It's great for side or back sleeping and keeps me from rolling over in my sleep. You can bundle it up and watch tv on the couch, fold it up and read in bed, amazing. It's a little troublesome making the bed but I don't care - now my daughter wants one so we are ordering another!

Finding the right balance between size and comfort can be very difficult. However, the Puredown U-Shaped can solve this problem for you. This pillow is versatile, appropriately sized, and reasonably priced. Plus, the pillow is available in two cool colors, blue and beige. The pillow measures in at 32 by 56 inches. While it is bigger than conventional pillows, it is smaller than many other pregnancy pillows. This makes the pillow easy to move and even easier to store.
Many pregnant women will eventually agree that the Snoogle Total Body Pregnancy Pillow with Easy on-off Zippered Cover is a superior product. Leachco has managed to provide comfort and pain relief to women all around the world, yet it is their Snoogle Chic Jersey Pillow that impresses the most. And if you are looking for the plus size maternity pillow, then this is the one for you.
The Queen Rose U Shaped Pillow is the key to a good night’s sleep, whether you are in your first or last trimester. The pillow is extremely to take care, plus it comes with a zippered pillowcase to keep the pillow cleaner. The cotton material will wick moisture away from your body, so you can sleep in peace without be disturbed by your overactive hormones.
Pregnancy will make you HOT. You may love the look of that flannel pillow cover (often interchangeable with a cooler cover), but if you need the pillow through any type of warm season it may not be what you want later on. You also may not like the feel of a full body design due to possible heat retention. Take into account the entirety of your use of the pillow before making a final decision.
